Effects of Fluvastatin Combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on Adipocytes and Serum miR-223 and miR-101a in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)on adipocytokines and serum miR-223 and miR-101a in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Eighty-two patients with CHF diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(41 cases)and the study group(41 cases).Two groups gave conventional basic treatment,the control group underwent recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide treatment,the study group received recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and fluvastatin treatment.The adipocytokines,serum miR-223 and miR-101a,the clinical therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,omentin,visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(vaspin)and adiponectin(apelin)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,chemerin in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and omentin,vaspin and apelin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and chemerin in the study group was lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the serum miR-101a in both groups increased and the serum miR-223 in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the serum miR-101a in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the serum miR-223 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 17.07%,which was not significantly different from 9.76%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively increase omentin,vaspin,apelin and serum miR-101a,decrease chemerin and serum miR-223,and improve the clinical efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
