Effect of Facial,Line, and Point Head Scraping Combined with Wrist and Ankle Treatment in Patients with Insomnia After Stroke
Objective To explore the application value of surface, line, and point head scraping combined with wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia patients with stroke. Methods A total of 118 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders were selected. The control group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with facial, line, and point head scraping combined with wrist ankle acupuncture. The treatment efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,Flinders fatigue scale(FFS)score, sleep EEG indicatorsand neurotransmitter indicators of the two groups were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PSQI and FFS scores,as well as the number of awakenings and awakening duration, were lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05),while total sleep time was longer(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),melatonin(MLT)and acetylcholine(Ach)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of dopamine(DA)and noradrenaline(NE)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of facial, line, and point head scraping with wrist and ankle acupuncture has a good clinical effect on treating insomnia after stroke, can improve patients'sleep quality and neurotransmitters, and nursing satisfaction rate of patients was high.
