Objective To explore curative effect of Qingre Zaoshi Jiedu Huyin Decoction in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods According to random number table method,86 patients with UC treated in Henan Provincial Hospital of TCM between February 2019 and February 2021 were divided into control group(43 cases,mesalazine)and observation group(43 cases,mesalazine and Qingre Zaoshi Jiedu Huyin Decoction).The total response rates of treatment,scores of TCM syndromes,Bristol stool form scale(BSFS)and inflammatory bowel disease short health scale(SHS)in the two groups were compared.Results The total response rate was higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes,knowles eccersley scott symptom(KESS)and SHS were lower in observation group than control group,while BSFS score was higher in observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Qingre Zaoshi Jiedu Huyin Decoction combined with mesalazine is good in UC patients,which can improve symptoms and stool property.
