Application Effects of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Method Combined with PC Regimen in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer
Objective To analyze the application effects of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie method combined with PC regimen in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 100 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated at Xuchang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.The PC regimen was used as the control group,while the combination of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie method and PC regimen was used as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,tumor marker levels[carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron specific enolase(NSE)],inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of CA199,CA125,CEA,and NSE between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,There were no differences in the levels of TNF-α,IL-10,and hs-CRP between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced lung cancer,the combination of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie method and PC regimen has a better therapeutic effect,can also reduce the level of tumor markers,and has high safety.
