Application of Tuina Combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Liver Fire Disturbing Heart Type Insomnia
Objective To explore the therapeutic value of massage combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction on heart-type insomnia caused by liver fire.Methods A total of 106 patients with liver fire disturbed cardiotype insomnia admitted to President of the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Vocational College of Massage from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided into treatment group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Fuyang theory and Yin manipulation combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction.The Chinese medicine efficacy efficacy and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score were compared between the two groups.Serum levels of norepinephrine(NE),glutamic acid(Glu),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and melatonin(MT)were detected and compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(94.34％)was higher than that of control group(81.13％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,PSQI scores and NE levels decreased,while Glu,GABA,5-HT and MT levels increased in both groups.Compared with before treatment and control group,the changes in the treatment group were greater(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Fuyang Treatment combined with Gentian Xiegan Decoction can further improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the score of PSQI in patients with heart-type insomnia caused by liver fire.The mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of neurotransmitters,and the overall safety is high.
