Effects of the"Internet-Family"Intervention Mode Under the Contract Service System of Family Doctors in Elderly Stroke Patients
Objective To study the effects of the"internet-family"intervention mode under the family doctor contract service system on the daily living ability,mental health level and family caregiver burden level of elderly stroke patients.Methods A total of 90 elderly stroke patients in the Third People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group.The control group was used the routine nursing mode and the observation group was used the"internet-family"intervention mode under the contract service system of family doctors.The daily living ability,mental health level and the burden level of main family caregivers of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of functional independence measure(FIM)and activities of daily living scale(ADL)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,caregiver burden inventory(CBI)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and positive aspects of caregiver(PAC)score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"internet-family"intervention mode under the contract service system of family doctors can effectively improve the mental health level of elderly stroke patients,improve the ability of daily living,and reduce the burden of family primary caregivers.
