基于Peplau人际关系理论的个体化规划陪诊在提升门诊患者就医体验中的应用

目的 基于Peplau人际关系理论,开展院内个体化规划陪诊,以期提高患者就诊效率,提升患者就医体验.方法 抽调郑州大学第一附属医院分诊护士进行培训,选取2023年1月门诊特殊就诊人群(老年人、孕产妇、残障人士等)300例为对照组、2023年2月门诊特殊就诊人群300例为观察组.对照组提供常规片段式陪诊服务,观察组基于Peplau人际关系理论,提供全程个体化规划陪诊,协助患者精准分诊挂号、规划就诊路线、给予病情观察、心理护理、健康指导、病情随访,实现个性化服务.基于SERVQUAL模型设计调查问卷,比较两组患者就医体验评分.结果 从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性5个维度及就医体验总体打分对比,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 基于Peplau人际关系理论,开展个体化规划陪诊可显著提升患者就医体验.
Application of Individualized Planning Accompaniment Based on Peplau's Interpersonal Relations Model to Improve Patients'Medical Experience
Objective Based on the Peplau's interpersonal relations model,individualized planning was carried out to accompany patients in the hospital,in order to improve patient treatment efficiency and enhance patient medical experience.Methods Professional nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected for training,and 300 special outpatient patients(elderly,pregnant and pregnant women,disabled people,etc.)in January 2023 were selected as the control group,and 300 special outpatient patients in February 2023 as the observation group.The control group provided routine segmented consultation services,while the observation group provided whole-process individualized planning consultation services to assist patients with accurate triage registration,medical treatment route planning,condition observation,psychological nursing and health guidance,so as to realize personalized services.A questionnaire was designed based on SERVQUAL model to compare the scores of patients'medical experience in the two groups.Results From the five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy and the overall score of medical experience,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Based on Peplau's interpersonal relations model,individualized planning can significantly improve patients'medical experience.
