Application of 3S2E Management Mode in Patients with Severe Mechanical Ventilation
Objective To explore the effect of 3S2E management mode in patients with severe mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 103 patients with severe mechanical ventilation in neurosurgery were selected as the subjects of this study, and were divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(52 cases)by random number table method.Control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the research group implemented 3S2E management mode intervention based on control group.Blood gas index[partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2),alkali residual level],quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire score, mechanical ventilation, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,PaO2 and alkali residual levels were increased in both groups, and study group was higher compared with control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the level of PaCO2 in study group was lower compared with control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of study group were lower compared with control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were increased, and the scores of patients in study group were higher compared with control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(96.08%vs 84.62%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3S2E management mode in patients with severe mechanical ventilation can effectively shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, improve the blood gas index of patients, and improve the quality of life.
