Effect of Situational Substitution Bedside Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion and Cognitive Level of Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of situational substitution bedside nursing intervention on negative emotions and cognitive level of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June to November 2023 were selected and divided into study group(51 cases)and conventional group(51 cases)according to the order of admission. The conventional group received routine nursing, while the study group received bedside nursing intervention based on the situation.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA)score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily livingscore(ADL),and compliance were statistically compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the study group had higher scores of ADL and MMSE and lower scores of NIHSS,SAS and HAMD after the intervention(P<0.05);after the intervention, the scores of attention and concentration, thinking operation, perception, orientation, and optomotor organization in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the compliance rate of the study group was higher than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational substitution bedside nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients'negative emotions, improve cognitive level and living ability, and improve patients'compliance.
