Management Effect of Management Theory Model Based on Reducing Force,Reserve Force,Reaction Force and Resilience on Incontinence Dermatitis of Patients with Hemorrhagic Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of the management theory model of reducing force, reserve force, reaction force and resilience on skin management of hemorrhagic stroke. Methods Patients with hemorrhagic stroke in the Third People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the management theory model of reducing force, reserve force, reaction force and resilience, and the application effects of the two nursing measures were analyzed. Results The incidence of incontinence dermatitis(IAD)and PAT score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the recovery time and hospitalization time of dermatitis were shortened, and the comfort score,Barden score, satisfaction score and quality of life score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention measures based on the management theory model of reducing force, preparation force, reaction force and resilience can obviously reduce the risk of IAD in patients with hemorrhagic stroke and promote the recovery of the disease, which is worthy of clinical reference.
