Objective With the development of the concept of microinvasive in gynecology surgery,the level of surgical technology and discipline construction are also improving.As a minimally invasive surgery,laparoscopic surgery has become a basic gynecologic operation because of its advantages such as less trauma,shorter hospital stay and faster postoperative recovery.The laparoendoscopic single site surgery is based on the basic concept ofnatural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,which has emerged in recent years.How the development of laparoendoscopic single site surgery can guarantee medical safety and treatment effectiveness under the premise of technical specifications,this expert consensus was drawn up by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Henan Medical Association with reference to the existing literature and the experience of the laparoscopy.In this paper,the prevention and treatment of complications of laparoscopy via umbilical cord are described in the regional technical specification of Henan province.The aim is to reduce the incidence of complications of laparoscopy via umbilical cord,to promote the development of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single site surgery in gynecology in Henan province.
