Bibliometric Analysis of Research Hotspots and Publication Status of Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome
Objective To explore the research hotspots and publication status of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome(TTTS)by text mining technology,and provide clues for researchers to carry out further research.Methods TTTS related literatures were retrieved in PubMed,and Bibliographic Item Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB)and gCLUTO were used to process and analyze data,and then to form research hotspot and development trend of TTTS.Results A total of 2 337 literatures were retrieved and 5 research hotspots were analysed:therapy,diagnosis,pathophysiology,epidemiology and prognosis of TTTS and prenatal diagnosis of complex multifetation and poor fetal prognosis lead by TTTS.Conclusion Research on the therapy of TTTS is relatively mature,the researchon pathophysiology,epidemiology and diagnosis of TTTS has close relationship with other hotspots,but relevant studiesare immature.Prenatal diagnosis of complex twin and poor prognosis of TTTS has high clinical attention,but the development of relevant research is immature,and there is large room for further research.
