Value of Chest Low-Dose Spiral CT Combined with Seven Autoantibodies of Lung Cancer in Early Screening of Lung Cancer
Objective To evaluate the value of low-dose spiral CT combined with seven autoantibodies in early screening of lung cancer. Methods A total of 152 suspected lung cancer patients were examined in the Health Management Center of Henan Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.All the study subjects underwent low-dose spiral CT of the chest, among which 147 patients were tested for autoantibodies of lung cancer.Taking the results of pathological examination as the gold standard, the sensitivity and specificity of chest low-dose spiral CT and lung cancer, and the early screening value of three screening methods for lung cancer were analyzed. Results According to the pathological diagnosis results, out of 152 suspected lung cancer patients,138 were diagnosed with lung cancer and 14 had benign lung lesions.Chest low-dose spiral CT alone for early screening of lung cancer has a high sensitivity(0.919)and specificity(0.862),but a relatively low accuracy(0.783)and negative predictive value(0.194).However,the sensitivity of the seven autoantibodies screened for lung cancer alone ranged from 0.639 to 0.848,the specificity ranged from 0.638 to 0.836,the accuracy range ranged from 0.609 to 0.801,the positive predictive value ranged from 0.162 to 0.434,and the negative predictive value ranged from 0.101 to 0.126.However,after the combination of chest low-dose thoracic spiral CT with seven autoantibodies of lung cancer, the diagnostic index was significantly improved, with sensitivity of 0.923,specificity of 0.882,accuracy of 0.901,positive predictive value of 0.984 and negative predictive value of 0.483,all of which were higher than the screening alone. Conclusion The combined application of low-dose spiral CT and lung cancer autoantibodies shows higher diagnostic performance in early screening of lung cancer, especially in improving sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, which is significantly better than using them alone.
