Expression of miR-124-3p,miR-452,and miR-7-5p in Liver Cancer Tissue and Their Relationship with Clinical Features and Prognosis
Objective To explore the expression of miR-124-3p,miR-452,and miR-7-5p in liver cancer tissue and their relationship with clinical features and prognosis.Methods A total of 115 patients with liver cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The expression of miR-124-3p,miR-452 and miR-7-5p in liver cancer tissue and adjacent tissues were compared,and their relationship between clinical characteristics and prognosis were analyzed,and the prognostic risk factors of liver cancer patients was analyzed by single-factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The expression of miR-124-3p and miR-7-5p in liver cancer tissues of patients with liver cancer were lower than that in adjacent tissues,while the expression of miR-452 was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of miR-124-3p and miR-7-5p in liver cancer tissue of the low differentiation group was lower than that of the high differentiation group and the medium differentiation group,and the medium differentiation group was lower than that of the high differentiation group.The expression of miR-452 in low differentiated liver cancer tissue was higher than that in the high differentiation group and the medium differentiation groups,and the medium differentiation group was higher than that in the high differentiation group.The expression of miR-124-3p and miR-7-5p in liver cancer tissue of the stage Ⅳ group was lower than that of the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups,and the stage Ⅲ group was lower than that of the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ group.The expression of miR-452 in liver cancer tissue of thtte stage Ⅳ group was higher than that of the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups,and the stage Ⅲ group was higher than that of the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ group(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of miR-124-3p and miR-7-5p was higher than that of patients with low expression,while the 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of miR-452 was lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate with vascular invasion was 26.83%,lower than 51.35%without vascular invasion(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low expression of miR-124-3p,high expression of miR-452,low expression of miR-7-5p and vascular invasion were independent risk factors for the prognosis of liver cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-124-3p,miR-452,and miR-7-5p were closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer,and low expression of miR-124-3p,miR-7-5p,high expression of miR-452 and vascular invasion were independent risk factors for the prognosis of liver cancer patients.
