河南省县级医院医务人员工作满意度现状调查

目的 了解河南省县级医院医务人员工作满意度现状及影响因素.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取6家县级医院医务人员开展问卷调查,采用单因素分析、Pearson相关和logistic回归进行数据统计分析.结果 共调查医务人员1 770名,工作满意度平均得分(3.54±0.57)分,各维度得分从高到低依次为工作本身(3.96±0.68)分、人际关系(3.85±0.68)分、家庭支持(3.52±0.62)分、组织管理(3.51±0.80)分、工作条件(3.41±0.83)分、执业环境(3.36±0.83)分、工作回报(3.19±0.85)分.单因素分析显示,医务人员工作满意度在不同年龄、工龄、编制、婚姻状况、职称、年收入、周锻炼次数、健康状况间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).logistic回归分析显示,职称、年收入、健康状况影响医务人员工作满意度(P<0.05).工作满意度与职业认同之间呈正相关(r=0.724,P<0.05),与离职倾向之间呈负相关(r=-0.364,P<0.05).结论 医务人员的工作满意度处于中等水平,要创造有利条件,减少社会不良风气,改善其执业环境并重视工作回报,增加职业认同感.
Investigation on Job Satisfaction of Medical Staff in County-Level Hospitals in Henan Province
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of job satisfaction of medical staff in county-level hospitals in Henan Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff in 6 county-level hospitals by multistage stratified random sampling.Single factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were used for data statistical analysis.Results A total of 1 770 medical staff were surveyed,and the average job satisfaction score was(3.54±0.57)points.The scores of each dimension from high to low as the work itself(3.96±0.68)points,interpersonal relationship(3.85±0.68)points,family support(3.51±0.80)points,the organization management(3.52±0.62)points,working conditions(3.41±0.83)points,the practice environment(3.36±0.83)points,and work return(3.19±0.85)points.Single factor analysis showed that medical staff with different ages,working years,employment methods,marital status,title,annual income,weekly exercise times,and health status had different job satisfaction,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that title,annual income,and health status affected the job satisfaction of medical staff(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and career identity(r=0.724,P<0.05)and a negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention(r=-0.364,P<0.05).Conclusion The medical staff's job satisfaction was at the medium level.It is necessary to create favorable conditions to reduce the unhealthy social atmosphere,improve the practice setting,pay attention to the work return,and increase the sense of career identity.
