Application of Task-Driven Group Workshop Learning Based on Network Intelligence in Clinical Teaching of Specialist Nurses
Objective To observe the application effect of task-driven group workshop learning based on network intelligence in clinical teaching of specialist nurses.Methods A total of 107 nursing students from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group(53 students)took traditional teaching,and the observation group(54 students)took task-driven group workshop learning mode based on network intelligence.The results of theoretical and operational skills,learning interest,academic self-efficacy and nurse-patient communication before and after intervention were observed.Results The scores of theoretical and operational skills in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the academic self-efficacy of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the learning interest of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the nurse-patient communication ability of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of specialist nurses,task-driven group workshop learning mode based on network intelligence can stimulate nursing students'learning interest,enhance academic self-efficacy and improve teaching effect.
