Application of Stress System Model in Patients with Lung Cancer Massive Hemoptysis
Objective To investigate the application value of stress system model in patients with lung cancer massive hemoptysis. Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer massive hemoptysis treated in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases)and routine group(40 cases)according to nursing methods. The routine group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group combined a stress system model on the basis of the routine group. The psychological resilience, coping style, psychological stress[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],complication rate and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of tenacity,optimism,self-improvement,total score of mental resilience and positive coping of study group were higher than those of routine group, while the scores of negative coping,SAS and SDS were lower than those of routine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the physiological status, functional status,social/family status, emotional status scores and functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung scores of study group were higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stress system model in lung cancer massive hemoptysis can improve the psychological resilience of patients, reduce psychological stress, regulate the coping style of patients, and effectively improve the prognosis.
