Multi-linkage Fine Nursing on Stigma,Self-management Efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Stable Schizophrenia
Objective To observe the effects of multi-linkage fine nursing on stigma,self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods A total of 108 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted to Zhumadian Second People's Hospital from September 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided according to the random number table method,54 cases in control group(received conventional nursing model)and 54 cases in observation group(received multi-linkage fine nursing model).Schizophrenia symptoms,stigma,self-management efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,schizophrenia symptom scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in positive symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores for negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,stigma scores and quality of life scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and above scores were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,self-management efficacy scores of both groups were increased(P<0.05),and scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-linkage fine nursing can effectively relieve the schizophrenia symptoms,improve the stigma,and enhance the self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with stable schizophrenia.
