Analysis of the Evolutionary Path of Research Hotspots in the Field of Electronic Health Records for Residents in China
Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic research literature in the field of electronic health records in recent ten years, and to explore the dynamic transfer of research hotspots and topics,so as to provide reference for related research. Methods Bibliographic data were obtained by searching relevant literature in the CNKI database from 2015 to 2024,and bibliometrics and visualization methods were used to draw a knowledge map with the DIKW 9.9 software. Results This study included a total of 3 355 research articles, and conducted visual analysis using the keywords of the research papers as the starting point.A knowledge graph of keyword co-occurrence and a Sankey diagram of research topic evolution were constructed to summarize the focus and dynamic changes of research topics in the past decade. Conclusion The keywords"electronic medical records""electronic health records""deep learning""blockchain""named entity recognition"and"hospital information systems"have high frequency and significant co-occurrence features, and are currently hot topics in electronic health records research. There are three knowledge evolution paths in the field of electronic health records:the evolution path of electronic health records interconnectivity and the research direction of electronic health records data mining are the core knowledge paths in domestic at present, with increasing topic evolution capabilities and topic influence, and will continue to be a hot topic in this field, and the evolution path of electronic health records assisting clinical decision-making is a stable research direction in the field of electronic health records, with the topic intensity showing a trend of steady increase.
