Influencing Factors of Stoma Acceptance in Patients with Permanent Enterostomy
Objective To understand the status quo of stoma acceptance in patients with permanent enterostomy,and to analyze the influencing factors of stoma acceptance in patients with permanent enterostomy,so as to provide reference for improving the stoma acceptance of this group.Methods From October 2021 to April 2022,a total of 214 patients with permanent enterostomy who underwent reexamination of colorectal and anal surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The general data questionnaire,stoma acceptance scale,family care index evaluation table and personal control scale were used for investigation.Results The score of stoma acceptance in patients with permanent enterostomy was(77.55±4.61)points.Correlation analysis showed that personal sense of control,family care,and stoma acceptance were positively correlated(r=0.758,0.762,P<0.01).The regression analysis showed that age,presence of complications,sense of personal control,and family care were the main factors influencing the acceptance of stoma in patients with permanent stoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of stoma acceptance in patients with permanent enterostomy needs to be improved.In clinical nursing work,the stoma acceptance can be improved by increasing the family support of patients with permanent enterostomy and enhancing their sense of disease control.
