Current Status and Influencing Factors of Family Resilience in Children with Hemophagocytic Syndrome
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of family resilience in children with hemophagocytic syndrome(HPS),and to provide evidence for future intervention strategies. Methods A total of 87 family members of children with HPS admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to January 2023 were investigated by convenience sampling method.Family resilience assessment scale(FRAS)was used to assess family resilience.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of family resilience of family members with HPS.Results The total FRAS score of the respondents was(109.53±8.64)points,including(5.63±1.36)points for giving meaning to adversity,(15.11±4.50)points for maintaining a positive attitude,(18.54±4.81)points for using social resources,and(70.25±8.75)points for family communication and problem solving. There were statistical differences in FRAS scores of children with different levels of education, family per capita monthly income, social support rating scale(SSRS)scores, general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores and critical case scores(P<0.05).Education level, per capita monthly family income,SSRS score,GSES score and critical case score were independent influencing factors of FRAS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of the family members of children with HPS is poor, which is mainly related to the educational level, monthly income of the family per capita,SSRS score,GSES score and critical case score of children. It is suggested that clinical scholars develop intervention measures according to the above factors to alleviate negative emotions and improve family resilience.
