Effect of Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy with Different Positions on Renal Calculus
Objective To observe and analyze the treatment effect of differential position percutaneous nephrolithotomy on patients with renal calculus. Methods Ninety patients with renal calculus admitted to the Urology Department of Xinyang Central Hospital from May 2021 to July 2023 were included in the study. All patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy after admission, and they were divided into two groups according to the operating position. The control group(45 cases)took the prone position, and the observation group(45 cases)took the oblique half lithotomy position. The surgical effects, renal function, surgical indicators, and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The stone clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(97.78%vs.77.78%,x2=8.389,P=0.004).(2)After treatment, the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum albumin level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The total surgical time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The complication incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,(11.11%vs.20.00%,x2=1.353,P=0.245).Conclusion Compared with the prone position, taking the oblique half lithotomy position for percutaneous nephrolithotomy can better clear renal calculus in patients with renal calculus, improve renal function indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications.
