Evaluation Value of C1q,Lp-PLA2 and ADM A on the Risk of Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Essential Hypertension
Objective To analyze the value of complement 1q(C1q),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)in evaluating the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 156 patients with essential hypertension with cardiovascular events admitted to Xinzheng Huaxin People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were included in the study group, and another 168 patients with essential hypertension without cardiovascular events were included in the control group. The clinical features, routine biochemical indicators, serum levels of C1q,Lp-PLA2 and ADMA of the two groups were analyzed. The risk factors of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension were analyzed by multivariate logistic analysis, and the value of relevant indicators in evaluating cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension was analyzed by receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve. Results The results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that the risk factors for cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension were body mass index(BMI)increased, combined with diabetes, hypertension grade 3,and elevated serum levels of Lp-PLA2,ADMA(OR=1.988,2.063,2.020,2.083,2.326,P<0.05).Increased serum level of C1q was a protective factor for cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension(OR=0.534,P<0.05).Patients with essential hypertension with cardiovascular events were included as positive and those without cardiovascular events as negative.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the evaluation value of C1q,Lp-PLA2 and ADMA alone and in combination on cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension, with area under the curve(AUC)values of 0.785,0.852,0.781 and 0.916,respectively.The sensitivities were 75.00%,79.49%,69.23%,89.74%,respectively,and the specificities were 67.86%,79.76%,78.57%,81.55%,respectively,all of which combined detection were the highest. Conclusion The risk factors for cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension include elevated BMI,diabetes mellitus, grade 3 hypertension, and decreased serum level of C1q,elevated serum levels of Lp-PLA2 and ADMA,and the combined detection of C1q,Lp-PLA2 and ADMA was of high value in assessing the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension,it could provide the basis for the selection of clinical intervention plan.
