Influence of"Good Governance for Early Disease"Theory Training Under Internet Mode on General Resident Education
Objective To strengthen the management of clinical thinking training during the rotation of general practitioners by means of internet teaching,deepen the concept of"good governance for early disease",and improve the professional quality and practical ability of general practitioners.Methods The general residents who rotated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.After standardized training in department of medical education,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the results of diagnostic tests.The control group was trained in standardized rotation according to the detailed rules of standardized training for residents,while the observation group was trained in online training of"good governance for early disease"twice a week according to the detailed rules,combined with virtual clinic practice and case analysis.During and after the training,all the students were tested fortheir professional level and investigated for their training attitude,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results The theoretical scores and skill scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recognition of training quality and training effect in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The theoretical training of"good governance for early disease"based on the internet is helpful for the training base to manage the whole process of general practice residents'rotation,promote knowledge transformation,improve the learning effect,enhance their ability to identify and deal with clinical problems in sub-specialties,and truly practice the concept of general practice in clinical work.
