Effect of Problem-Oriented Systematic Interactive Reaching Theoretical Intervention on Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-oriented systematic interactive reaching theory intervention in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods A total of 98 cases of IS patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing in hospital, and the study group received problem-oriented systematic interactive theoretical intervention on the basis of routine nursing in hospital. The physical motor function,self-care ability, negative emotion, disability acceptance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in two groups were lower than before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Barthel index, disability acceptance scale and stroke specific quality of life scale in both groups were higher than before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-oriented systematic interactive theoretical intervention can improve the physical motor function,self-care ability of daily life, disability acceptance and quality of life of IS patients, and alleviate their negative emotions.
