Effect of Detailed Nursing Intervention Under the Guidance of Humane Care Theory on Patients with Laryngeal Cancer After Surgery
Objective To verify the effect of detailed nursing intervention under the guidance of humane care theory in patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery.Methods Fifty-four patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into detail group(42 cases)and routine group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The routine group implemented the routine nursing intervention,and the detail group implemented the detailed nursing intervention guided by the humanistic nursing theory on this basis.The psychological burden[self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)],social support[social support rating scale(SSRS)],prognosis(complication rate)and quality of life[quality of life questionnaire for malignant tumor patients(QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,SPBS score in detail group was lower than that in routine group,SSRS score was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,HHI score in detail group was higher than that in routine group,QLQ-C30 score was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the complication rate in detail group(7.41%)was lower than that in routine group(29.63%).Conclusion The detailed nursing intervention under the guidance of humane care theory can reduce the psychological pressure of patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery,enhance the level of social support and hope,improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
