Potential Category Analysis and Nursing Strategies for Disease Uncertainty in Patients Undergoing Endovascular Interventional Embolization of Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms
Objective To investigate the potential types of uncertainty in illness in patients undergoing endovascular interventional embolization for unruptured intracranial aneurysms, and to explore the characteristics of different potential types of uncertainty in illness to provide guidance for clinical nursing. Methods A total of 188 patients hospitalized in the the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and investigated by general data questionnaire and Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adult.Latent class analysis was used to classify patients'disease uncertainty, and multiple logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influence of various influencing factors on different types. Results The Mishel uncertainty in illness scale score of the patients with unruptured intr acranial aneurysm was(81.9±11.51).The patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysm could be divided into high uncertainty in illness group(43.6%),medium uncertainty in illness group(36.2%)and low uncertainty in illness group(20.2%).Gender,education level and number of aneurysms were the factors influencing the uncertainty of unruptured intracranial aneurysms(P<0.05).Conclusion The uncertainty in illness of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms undergoing endovascular interventional embolization can be classified into three potential categories.Nursing staff should implement precise interventions based on different characteristics to reduce patients'feelings of disease uncertainty and improve treatment compliance and overall health of patients.
