Effect of Follow-Up Nursing Intervention Based on Snyder's Hope Theory on Mental Health and Treatment Compliance in Patients with Parkinson's Disease
Objective To explore the clinical application value of follow-up nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory in Parkinson's disease. Methods Sixty-three patients with Parkinson's disease in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into Snyder group(32 cases)and conventional group(31 cases))according to random number method. Both groups received conventional treatment, the conventional group received routine nursing, and the Snyder group received follow-up nursing intervention based on the Snyder hope theory. The comprehensive status[unified Parkinson's rating scale(UPDRS)],treatment compliance, mental health status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-24)]and hope level[Chinese version of Herth hope scale(C-HHI)]of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the normal group, the UPDRS score in Snyder group decreased after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of regular examination, compliance with medical drugs and rehabilitation exercise in Snyder group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the HAMD-24 score in Snyder group was lower than that in normal group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,C-HHI score in Snyder group after intervention was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up nursing intervention of Snyder hope theory can improve the treatment compliance, hope level, mental health status and comprehensive status of Parkinson's disease patients.
