Effect of Continuous Nursing Model Based on Timing Theory on Exercise Compliance and Heart Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)under the framework of timing theory. Methods Seventy patients with CHD in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received continuous nursing intervention based on timing theory.Negative mood[(self-rating depression scale,SDS),(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),exercise compliance, heart function[six-minute walking test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],prognosis(recurrence rate and frequency of angina pectoris)were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the exercise compliance rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).After intervention,LVEF level in observation group was higher than that in control group,6MWT was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the recurrence rate and angina pectoris attack rate in the observation group(0,2.86%)were lower than those in the control group(17.14%,22.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing mode based on timing theory can reduce the adverse mood, improve the exercise compliance, improve the cardiac function and improve the prognosis of CHD patients.
