Role of Nursing Intervention Mode Guided by Mind Map in Hemodialysis Patients with Blunt Needle Buttonhole Puncture
Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention mode guided by mind map in hemodialysis patients with blunt needle buttonhole puncture. Methods A total of 92 hemodialysis patients treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, including 46 patients respectively. All patients underwent hemodialysis by blunt needle buttonhole puncture.Nursing intervention guided by mind map and routine nursing intervention were used in the two groups. The nutritional status, pulmonary function, compliance and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference in clinical indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA),albumin(Alb)in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scored patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score was lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of patients with malnutrition was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The vital capacity, time vital capacity and left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and its residual gas volume was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hemodialysis patients with blunt needle buttonhole puncture, the nursing intervention mode guided by mind map can effectively improve their malnutrition, improve lung function and compliance with medical staff, and reduce the incidence of complications during the intervention.
