Application of Health Education Under the Guidance of Health Quotient Theory in the Postoperative Care of Hip Fracture Patients
Objective To analyze the application and influence of health education under the guidance of health quotient theory(EI)in the postoperative care of hip fracture patients.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hip fracture surgery admitted to Shangqiu Central Hospital from March to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group,the control group received routine health education,and the observation group conducted routine health education under the guidance of EI.The disease response attitude,self-care ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 14 days after surgery,the facing score of the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)questionnaire of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the exercise of self-care agency(ESC A)scale and European quality of life 5-dimensions(EQ-5 D)scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education under the guidance of EI can improve the disease response attitude of hip fracture surgery patients,enhance their self-care ability,and significantly improve their quality of life,with good results.
