Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention Based on Psychological State Assessment Scale on Hope Level and Pain Degree of Elderly Patients with Femoral Fracture Surgery
Objective To analyze the application value of individualized nursing intervention based on the psychological state assessment scale in elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with femoral fracture in Xinyang Central Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into psychological group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)by 1:1 matching design according to nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the psychological group received individualized nursing intervention based on the psychological state assessment scale.The hip function[Harris hip function score(Harris score)],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the Harris score of the psychological group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score of the psychological group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the HHI score of the psychological group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing intervention based on the mental state assessment scale in elderly patients with femoral fracture is of great significance to improve the hope level,hip function,reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life.
