近视眼人群角膜Q值与像差的相关性分析

摘要
目的 研究近视人群眼角膜非球面特性(Q值)与高阶像差的相关性.方法 随机收集近视屈光手术患者300例(600眼),使用Orbscan IIz眼前节分析系统K&Q计算软件获得600眼角膜6mm分析区域的Q值,Zywave 波前像差仪测量瞳孔直径6mm眼内总体像差、高阶像差和球差的均方根值(RMS)值,并针对Q值的分布特征及像差进行相关分析.结果 300例600眼角膜Q值分布范围-0.51~0.37,平均-0.17±0.11,6mm瞳孔直径的总像差均方根值平均为(9.25±2.63)μm,高阶像差均方根值平均为(0.43±0.16)μm,球差均方根值平均为(0.06±0.05)μm.Q值与球差均方根值呈正相关,但与总像差均方根值和高阶像差均方根值均不相关.结论 近视眼人群角膜Q值呈近似正态分布,角膜Q值与球差存在相关性.
Abstract
Objective To study myopia population of corneas aspherical characteristics ( Q value) and high - order correlation. Methods Six hundred eyes of 300 patients with myopia for corneal laser refractive surgery were enrolled in this study with each patient selected randomly. The K&Q calculator of 0rbscan IIz anterior segment system was used to obtain the Q - value of 6mm optical zone in 300 cases (600 eyes), and statistical analysis was used to comprehend the distribution characters of Q -value, Zywave wave front instrument measuring intraocular overall aberration, high -order correlation and spherical correlation of the RMS value under the 6mm pupil diameter, and statistical analysis was used to comprehend the distribution characters of Q - value and correlation. Results The Q-value of 600 eyes ranged from -0. 51 ~0. 37 with the mean value( -0. 17 ±0. 11 ), 6mm pupil diameter of the total aberration of the RMS value with the mean value (9.25 ± 2. 63 ) μm, high - order correlation of the RMS value with the mean value (0. 43 ±0. 16)μm,spherical correlation of the RMS value with the mean value (0. 06 ± 0. 05 ) μm. The Q - value showed a positive correlation with spherical correlation, but no relation with overall aberration of the RMS value and high - order correlation of the RMS value. Conclusion The Q -value of 600 eyes of (300 cases) were approximately normal distribution. The Q value was related with spherical correlation.
