Effect of temporal small incision rhytidectomy with SVF-gel assisted AFT on facial rejuvenation
Objective To analyze the effect of temporal small incision rhytidectomy with SVF-gel assisted autofat trans-plation(AFT)on facial rejuvenation. Methods Totally 92 patients who were undergo facial rejuvenation surgery in the hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=49)and experimental group(n=43)according to different surgical methods. The control group underwent temporal small incision rhytidectomy with AFT,and the experimental group was given temporal small incision rhytidectomy with SVF-gel assisted AFT.The clinical effect, temporal fat transplantation retention rate, skin texture change, complications and patient satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate in experimental group was 88.37%,which was signif-icantly higher than 67.35%in control group(P<0.05).The retention rate of temporal fat transplantation in experimental group was significantly higher compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Facial wrinkles, texture, brown spots and ultraviolet spots were significantly improved in both groups at 6 months after surgery compared to that before surgery(P<0.05),and the above indicators were better in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications was 4.65%in experimental group, which was significantly lower than 32.65%in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in experimental group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 81.63%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of temporal small incision rhytidectomy with SVF-gel assisted AFT in facial rejuvenation can achieve significant clinical effect, enhance the retention rate of temporal fat transplantation, improve the facial skin texture, and reduce the postoperative complications, and it has high patient satisfaction.
