新型生物陶瓷材料用于龋源性露髓恒牙直接盖髓临床效果评价

目的 探讨龋源性恒牙露髓患者采用生物陶瓷材料(iRootBPPlus)行直接盖髓术。方法 选取2019年1月至2023年2月在郑州市第一人民医院口腔科就诊的龋源性恒牙露髓患者89例为研究对象,均行直接盖髓术。根据按照就诊顺序的不同分为氢氧化钙组(42例,患牙60颗,行氢氧化钙直接盖髓术)和iRoot BP Plus组(47例,患牙69颗,行iRoot BP Plus直接盖髓)。比较两组不同时间点疼痛、盖髓成功率及牙本质钙化桥形成情况,并观察两组患牙填充效果。结果 术后2周,iRoot BP Plus组患者视觉模拟评分表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于氢氧化钙组(t=6。909,P<0。05)。两组术后1个月盖髓成功率比较无差异(P>0。05),术后3、6、12个月iRootBPPlus组盖髓成功率高于氢氧化钙组(x2=13。633、14。954、17。508,P<0。05)。术后3、12月iRo-ot BP Plus组牙本质钙化桥形成率均高于氢氧化钙组(x2=24。838、17。508,P<0。05)。结论 iRoot BP Plus直接盖髓术应用于龋源性恒牙露髓患者术后疼痛等级更低,盖髓成功率及牙本质钙化桥形成率更高,患牙填充效果更好,在临床应用具有可行性,值得临床推广应用。
Feasibility analysis of using bioceramic material to cover pulp of carious permanent teeth with pulp exposure
Objective To explore the feasibility of direct pulp capping with bioceramic pulp capping agent(iRoot BP Plus)in patients with carious permanent teeth pulp exposure.Methods Totally 89 patients with carious permanent tooth pulp exposure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent direct pulp capping.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into calcium hydrox-ide group(42 cases,60 teeth,calcium hydroxide direct pulp capping)and iRoot BP Plus group(47 cases,69 teeth,iRoot BP Plus direct pulp capping).The pain,the success rate of pulp capping and the formation of calcified dentin bridge in the two groups at different time points were compared,and the filling effect of the two groups was observed.Results Two weeks after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of patients in iRoot BP Plus group was lower than that in calcium hydroxide group(t=6.909,P<0.05).There was no difference in the success rate of pulp capping between the two groups at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).The success rate of pulp capping in the iRoot BP Plus group was higher than that in the calcium hydroxide group at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery(x2=13.633,14.954,17.508,P<0.05).The formation rate of dentin calcification bridge in iRoot BP Plus group was higher than that in calcium hy-droxide group at3,and 12 months after operation(x2=24.838,17.508,P<0.05).Conclusion iRoot BP Plus direct pulp capping is applied to patients with caries-derived permanent teeth with pulp-exposed postoperative pain.The success rate of pulp capping and the formation rate of dentin calcification bridge are higher,and the filling effect of the affected tooth is better.It is worthy of clinical application.
