Clinical analysis of laparoscopy combined with goserelin acetate in treatment of endometriosis
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with goserelin acetate in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Totally 114 cases of endometriosis treated from July 2019 to April 2022 were collected and randomly divided into control group(n=57,treated by laparoscopy)and combined group(n=57,treated by goserelin acetate after operation).The hormone levels Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estrogen(Estrogen)were compared before and after treatment.E2,Luteinizing hormone(LH),pregnancy rate,tubal patency rate and recurrence rate.Results After treatment,the levels of E2,LH and FSH in the combined group decreased significantly,and the effec-tive rate was 94.74％in the combined group and 82.46％in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups.The pregnancy rate in the combined group was 57.89％,and the tubal patency rate was 91.23％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(22.81％and 47.37％).The recurrence rate of the combined group was 1.75％,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(29.82％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with goserelin acetate in the treatment of endometriosis can obviously improve the pregnancy rate and therapeutic effect,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is safe and reliable.
