目的 分析加味玉液汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将平顶山市第二人民医院内分泌科自2021年3月-2023年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者80例分为对照组和观察组.对照组(40例)采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组(40例)加味玉液汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效果、血糖水平、血脂水平、胰岛素水平以及不良反应发生情况.结果 ①观察组较对照组临床疗效显著提高[观察组vs对照组:92.50％(37/40)vs 67.50％(27/40)];②治疗后与对照组对比,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、进食后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平较低;③治疗后与对照组相比,观察组低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均较低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平较高,④治疗后与对照组相比,观察组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)水平均较低,胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-β)水平较高;⑤观察组较对照组并发症发生率显著降低[观察组vs对照组:7.50％(3/40)vs 25.00(10/40)],上述指标比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对2型糖尿病患者采用加味玉液汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对患者的血脂水平具有一定的改善作用,同时能够控制血糖水平,降低胰岛素抵抗,具有较好的临床效果且安全性较高.
Curative effect of modified Yuye decoction combined with rosuvastatin on type 2 diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Yuye decoction combined with rosuvastatin in the treat-ment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endo-crinology of Pingdingshan the Second People's Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into con-trol group and observation group by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with rosuvas-tatin,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with modified Yuye decoction combined with rosuvastatin.The two groups were compared on therapeutic effects,blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels,insulin level and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results ① The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group[observation group vs control group:92.50％(37/40)vs 67.50％(27/40)].② After treatment,the observation group's levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were lower than those of the control group;③The observation group's levels of TC,TG and IDL-C were lower than those of the control group,while their levels of HDL-C were grea-ter.④ After treatment,FINS and Homa-IR in the observation group were lower,and Homa-β was higher compared with that of the control group.⑤ The incidence of complications was much lower in the observation group than the control group[7.50％(3/40)vs.25.00(10/40)].The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Yuye decoction combined with rosuvastatin can improve blood lipid levels of patients with type 2 di-abetes mellitus,control blood glucose level and reduce insulin resistance,with good clinical effect and high safety.
