Clinical effect of Triamcinolone solution combined with Cepirix chloride lozenges in the treatment of mild to moderate erosive oral lichen planus
Objective To observe the clinical effect of triamcinolone solution combined with cepirix chloride lozenges in the treatment of mild to moderate erosive oral lichen planus.Methods A total of 90 patients with mild to moderate ero-sion oral lichen planus was selected from March 2020 to April 2022 in our hospital and according to medication different di-vided into group control(n=45 cases)and group study(n=45 cases).The control group with triamcinolone solution a-lone,and the study group was treated with cepirix chloride lozenge on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Before treatment there was no statistically significant difference in pain degree between the two groups(P＞0.05).2 and 4 weeks after treat-ment,the pain scores of the study group were(4.21±1.05)points and(2.37±0.51)points,respectively,which were lower than control group,and the difference was significant statistically(P＜0.05).The group study total rate effective was 91.11％,higher than control group(73.33％)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.44％lower than control group(20.00％)(P＜0.05).Treatment before,the oral lesion area of the two groups had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).After treatment,the oral lesion area of the study group(9.34±1.01)mm2 was smal-ler than that of the control group(11.03±1.04)mm2(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mild to moderate erosion of oral lichen planus with combined triamcinolone and cipirium chloride lozenges is more effective than triamcinolone solu-tion alone,which can reduce pain significantly,reduce area of oral lesions,reduce reactions adverse of incidence,and im-prove therapeutic effect thus.It is the best choice for oral lichen planus drug treatment.
