摘要
成人发病哮喘是哮喘的临床表型之一,与儿童期哮喘相比,危险因素存在差异,对标准哮喘治疗的反应更差,合并症复杂且多样.本综述通过收集和整理近年来关于成人发病哮喘不同于儿童期哮喘的危险因素、合并症以及个性化管理的新方法.以期为临床医师提供诊疗指导,设计最佳的个性化管理.
Abstract
Adult-onset asthma is one of the clinical phenotypes of asthma,compared with childhood asthma,there are different risk factors,worse response to standard asthma treatment,and complex and diverse complications.In this review,we collect and collate the recent research on the risk factors,comorbidities,and personalized management of a-dult-onset asthma that are different from childhood asthma.In order to provide clinical guidance for clinicians,design the best personalized management.
