Regulatory role of cyclic RNA-LRP5 in proliferation and fibrosis of cardiac fibroblasts
Objective To investigate the regulatory role of cyclic RNA LRP5 in the proliferation and fibrosis of cardiac fibro-blasts.Methods Twenty mice were randomly divided into a model group and a control group. The model group established a mouse myocardial infarction model, while the control group was a sham surgery group with 10 mice in each group.Detected the expression of circular RNA LRP5 in myocardial cells of two groups of mice, used recombinant adenovirus RNA LRP5 to mediate its overexpression in myocardial cells, and investigate the effect of RNA LRP5 on the proliferation of mouse cardiac fi-broblasts.Results The expression level of RNA-LRP5 in myocardial cells of model group mice(1.78±0.35)was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group(0.81±0.24)(P<0.05);The OD490 value of cardiac fibroblasts in the model group mice(0.37±0.12)was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.72±0.15)(P<0.05);The level of type Ⅲ col-lagen in fibroblasts of the model group mice(0.42±0.11)was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.00± 0.27);The level of fibrinogen in the model group mice was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Circular RNA-LRP5 plays an important role in the proliferation and fibrosis of cardiac fibroblasts, and can serve as a target for disease prevention and treatment, with potential clinical application value.
