血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3在甲状腺癌中诊断价值及意义

摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺癌患者血清CC类趋化因子22(CCL22)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、嗜酸粒细胞趋化酞-3(Eotaxin-3)水平,并分析其对甲状腺癌的诊断价值.方法 选取濮阳市人民医院2020年3月至2022年7月本院收治的86例甲状腺癌患者为研究组,同期本院收治的58例甲状腺腺瘤患者为对照组,另选取同期健康体检志愿者48例为健康组.比较各组血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3水平.采用ROC分析血清各指标对甲状腺癌的诊断价值.分析血清各指标水平与侵袭基因[趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、解聚素金属蛋白酶9(ADAM9)]、增殖基因[Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)]表达量的关系.分析血清各指标水平与临床病理特征及侵袭基因、增殖基因表达量相关性.结果 研究组血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3水平高于对照组、健康组,且对照组高于健康组(P＜0.05);血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3联合诊断甲状腺癌的AUC大于单独指标诊断(P＜0.05);血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3与分化程度呈负相关,且与淋巴结转移、包膜侵犯、TNM分期及TPX2、CXCR4、ADAM9 mRNA表达量呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论 甲状腺癌患者血清CCL22、IL-6、Eotaxin-3水平升高,且与临床病理特征、肿瘤恶性程度密切相关,联合检测其水平对甲状腺癌具有一定诊断价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum levels of CC-like chemokines 22(CCL22),interleukin-6(IL-6)and eosinophilic chemoattractant phthalein 3(Eotaxin-3)in patients with thyroid cancer,and to analyze their diagnos-tic value for thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study group,58 patients with thyroid adenoma admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and 48 healthy volunteers during physical examination were selected as the healthy group.Serum levels of CCL22,IL-6 and Eotaxin-3 were compared among all groups.The diagnostic val-ue of serum indexes for thyroid cancer was analyzed by ROC.The relationship between the serum levels of each index and the expression levels of invasion gene[CXCR4 receptor 4,depolymerizing metalloproteinase 9(ADAM9)]and pro-liferating gene[Xklp2 target protein(TPX2)]was analyzed.The correlation between the levels of serum indexes and clinicopathologic features and the expression levels of invasion genes and proliferative genes was analyzed.Results The serum levels of CCL22,IL-6 and Eotaxin-3 in the study group were higher than those in the control group and the healthy group,and the control group was higher than the healthy group(P＜0.05).The AUC of serum CCL22,IL-6,Eotaxin-3 combined diagnosis of thyroid cancer was higher than that of single diagnosis(P＜0.05).Serum CCL22,IL-6 and Eotaxin-3 were negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation,and positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,capsule invasion,TNM stage and mRNA expression levels of TPX2,CXCR4 and ADAM9(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of CCL22,IL-6 and Eotaxin-3 in patients with thyroid cancer are increased,which are closely related to clinicopathological features and malignancy degree of tumor.Combined detection of CCL22,IL-6 and eotaxin-3 levels is of certain diagnostic value for thyroid cancer.
