Effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with computerized cognitive training on rehabilitation of patients with post stroke cognitive impairment
Objective To explore the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with computerized cognitive training(CCT)on the rehabilitation of patients with post stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods Totally 132 patients with PSCI treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and all patients were divided into CCT group(n=66)and tDCS combined group(n=66)by random number table method.CCT group received CCT rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment, and tDCS combined group re-ceived tDCS rehabilitation on the basis of CCT group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)],executive ability[behavioral activation for depression scale(BADS)]and daily living ability[barthel index score(BI)]were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of tDCS combined group was 92.42%,which was signifi-cantly higher than that of CCT group(74.24%)(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of MMSE,MoCA,BADS and BI index in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the scores of MMSE,MoCA,BADS and BI index in tDCS combined group were significantly higher than those in CCT group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CCT rehabilita-tion alone,tDCS combined with CCT rehabilitation can further improve the clinical efficacy of PSCI patients, comprehensively improve the cognitive function of patients, and enhance the executive ability and daily living ability of patients.
