摘要
目的 研究中药红花浸提液联合硫酸镁湿敷在增强CT高压注射造影剂外渗中的临床应用价值.方法 研究纳入河南中医药大学第一附属医院增强CT检查高压注射造影剂外渗患者80例,根据治疗方式分为对照组40例,试验组40例,对照组单独应用硫酸镁湿敷治疗,试验组在硫酸镁湿敷基础上给予红花浸提液联合治疗;对比治疗24 h、48 h、72 h、1 w后疗效差异.测量治疗前后两组研究对象患肢肿胀值及疼痛等级评分,比较治疗前后24 h、48 h、72 h、1 w患肢肿胀值及疼痛等级评分的改变.结果 治疗24 h、48 h、72 h、1 w后临床总有效率在各时间点试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗24 h、48 h、72 h、1 w后患肢肿胀值两组均降低,试验组患肢肿胀值在各时间点均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗24 h、48 h、72 h、1 w后患肢疼痛等级评分均降低,试验组患肢疼痛等级评分在各时间点均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 红花浸提液联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗增强CT高压注射造影剂外渗的疗效较好,其能显著减低患肢肿胀值及疼痛等级评分.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of safflower extract combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in enhancing CT high pressure injection contrast agent extravasation.Methods 80 subjects were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress alone,and the experimental group was treated with safflower extract on the basis of magne-sium sulfate wet compress;The difference of curative effect was analyzed after 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w of treatment.Measure the swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs of the two groups before treatment,and compare the changes of swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs after treatment for 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w.Results After 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment for 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w,the swelling value of affected limb in both groups decreased,and the swelling value of affected limb in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at all time points(P<0.05);After treatment for 24h,48h,72h and 1w,the pain grade score of affected limbs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at all time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Safflower ex-tract combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress is effective in the treatment of enhanced CT high pressure injection contrast agent extravasation,which can significantly reduce the swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs.
