Application value of safflower extract combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in enhancing ct high pressure injection contrast agent exosmosis
Objective To study the clinical value of safflower extract combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in enhancing CT high pressure injection contrast agent extravasation. Methods 80 subjects were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress alone, and the experimental group was treated with safflower extract on the basis of magne-sium sulfate wet compress; The difference of curative effect was analyzed after 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w of treatment.Measure the swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs of the two groups before treatment, and compare the changes of swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs after treatment for 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w.Results After 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment for 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 w,the swelling value of affected limb in both groups decreased, and the swelling value of affected limb in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at all time points(P<0.05);After treatment for 24h,48h,72h and 1w,the pain grade score of affected limbs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at all time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Safflower ex-tract combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress is effective in the treatment of enhanced CT high pressure injection contrast agent extravasation, which can significantly reduce the swelling value and pain grade score of affected limbs.
