Investigation and analysis on microbial pollution of dental treatment water in medical institutions in Pingdingshan city
Objective To understand the pollution situation of dental treatment water in various medical institutions in Pingdingshan City in 2021,and to provide reference for the introduction of local standards in the city.Methods Collect 40 dental treatment water from various types of health and medical institutions,use nutrient agar culture medium to in-crease bacteria,and make judgments on the results according to national standards.Results Totally 300 water samples were collected from the department of stomatology of various health and medical institutions in Pingdingshan City,and 280 qualified samples were collected.The detection rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Burkholderia cepacia,and sphin-gosine oligokinetica were 9.29%,5.00%,and 11.43%,respectively.≤100 cfu/mL is considered qualified,with a total qualification rate of 69.29%.In terms of classification,the qualification rates of medical institutions such as sec-ondary and above hospitals,community hospitals,and dental clinics are 89.17%,54.17%,and 54.46%,respective-ly.The qualification rates of the reverse osmosis purification system,filtered tap water system,and independent water storage tank supply system are 90.00%,59.18%,and 59.78%,respectively.Conclusion The qualified rate of dent-al treatment water in hospitals at or above the second level is higher than that in community hospitals and dental clinics.Among the three treatment methods,the reverse osmosis purification system is superior to other methods.It is recom-mended that the health administrative department strengthen supervision and regularly carry out joint testing work with the disease control department.
