Electrocardiogram in dilatation diagnostic value in cardiomyopathy
Objective To explore the value and advantage of electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopa-thy.Methods A total of 152 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)diagnosed in Anyang District Hospital of Henan Province from October 2016 to June 2022 were retrospectively collected.All152 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy were ex-amined by DR Chest film, electrocardiogram and echocardiography.A control group of 105 patients(patients with non-dilated cardiomyopathy hospitalized between August 2018 and June 2022)were selected for ECG comparison. Results PtfV1(mm)in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy cardiomyopathy group,PtfV1(mm·s)value was(0.029±0.008),left bundle branch block was 20 cases(13.16%),QTc interval value was(432.0±49.2),and chest lead R-wave decline was 39 cases(25.66%).The QRS duration value is(0.108±0.019),the first degree at-rioventricular block was 13 cases(8.56%),and the PtfV1(mm·s)value in the control group was(0.021±0.002),left bundle branch block in 1 case(0.95%),QTc interval value(386.8±26.6),chest lead R-wave decline in 8 ca-ses(7.62%),QRS duration value(0.088±0.016).There were 2 cases of first degree atrioventricular block(1.90%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of Ptfv1,left bundle branch block,QTc interval prolongation,R-wave decline in chest leads,QRS duration prolonga-tion,and first-degree atrioventricular block are more likely to occur in dilated cardiomyopathy.Ecg has an incompara-ble advantage in the diagnosis of arrhythmia and cardiomyocyte electrical activity.
