Objective To explore and analyze the effect of 24-hour rehabilitation intervention on the recovery of neuro-logical function and limb function in stroke patients. Methods Totally 78 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different rehabilitation intervention programs.39 patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation intervention, and 39 patients in the observation group received 24-hour rehabilitation intervention on this basis.Based on the two scales(NIHSS and SSS),the neuro-logical functions of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. The limb function of the two groups was evaluated and compared before and after the intervention.Based on the three scales(SF-36,MoCA,MMSE),the quality of life and cognitive function of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results The data of NIHSS and SSS were better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The data of limb function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The data of SF-36,MoCA and MMSE were higher in the observation group than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of stroke, the application of 24-hour rehabilitation intervention is con-ducive to the improvement of neurological function, the recovery of limb function, and the improvement of cognitive function and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical reference.
