Study on relationship between cerebral vascular function scores and stroke related risk factors
Objective To explore and analyze the relationship between cerebrovascular function test score and various risk factors of stroke,so as to early warn the occurrence of stroke and reduce the risk of stroke. Methods The data of healthy physical examiners who underwent cerebrovascular function test in the health management center of Sanmenxia Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were collected, including 1 000 healthy physical examiners aged 50-80 and who complete the examination of Correlation index.500 patients with cerebrovascular function score<75 points were randomly selected as the high-risk group, and 500 patients with cerebrovascular function score ≥75 points were randomly selected as the low-risk group.Retrospective study and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influence of risk factors on cerebrovascular function score. Results Comparative analysis of age and gender distribu-tion between the high-risk group and the low-risk group showed that the average age of the high-risk group was older than that of the low-risk group, and there was no statistically significant difference in gender composition.Comparative analysis of age and gender distribution between the high-risk group and the low-risk group showed that the average age of the high-risk group was older than that of the low-risk group, and there was no statistically significant difference in gender composition. There was significant difference in blood pressure, blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and homocysteine between high-risk group and low-risk group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P>0.05).The results of chi square test showed that there were significant difference in the ratio of blood pressure, blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and homocysteine between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P>0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the correla-tion between cerebral vascular function scores and stroke related risk factors was similar to the above studies, and other indicators except low-density lipoprotein cholesterol had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between cerebral vascular function score and stroke related risk factor low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(P>0.05).Conclusion In this study, the average age of the high-risk group was older than that of the low-risk group, and the gender ratio was not statistically significant. The mean values of blood pressure, blood glucose,tri-glyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and homocysteine of stroke related risk factors in high risk group were higher than those in low risk group.Hypertension, high blood glucose, high triglyceride, high total cho-lesterol,low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high homocysteine are risk factors affecting cerebrovascular func-tion score, and the correlation analysis between low density lipoprotein cholesterol and cerebrovascular function score showed no statistical significance.
