Improved total fascia laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer through extraperitoneal approach for treatment of localized prostate cancer
Objective To explore the application value of modified transperitoneal total fascial laparoscopic radical resec-tion for localized prostate cancer. Methods A total of 67 patients with prostate cancer who visited to Nanyang Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were included in the study, and randomly divided into control group(34 ca-ses)and observation group(33 cases). The control group underwent radical resection by interfascia-sparing peritoneal laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group underwent improved radical resection by peritoneal peritoneal peritoneal laparoscopic surgery.Complications, urinary control, erectile function and surgical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in surgical related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of patients in the observation group with normal erectile function and urine control function at different stages was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of local-ized prostate cancer, laparoscopic modified transperitoneal radical surgery can be used for clinical intervention, which can not only reduce the incidence of overall complications, but also effectively restore the erectile function and urinary control function of patients. The clinical application has safety and reliability, and is worth to be promoted.
