均匀设计法结合AHP-熵权TOPSIS混合加权法优化地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺

目的 基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS混合加权法计算权重系数,均匀设计法设计实验方案,优化地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺。方法 以闷润地黄的时间、蒸制地黄的时间、蒸制地黄的次数作为九蒸九制地黄炮制工艺考察3因素,以地黄中梓醇、地黄苷D、地黄苷A、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷等5个指标成分的含量作为九蒸九制地黄炮制工艺评价指标,采用主观赋值的AHP法和熵权TOPSIS评价方法相结合的两种评价方法的混合加权法确定九蒸九制地黄中5个指标成分的权重系数,结合U8*(84)均匀实验设计法优选地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺。结果 优化的地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺为闷润地黄的时间为1h、蒸制地黄的时间为2h、蒸制地黄的次数9次。3批地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺验证试验的平均综合评分为95。30分(RSD=0。17%,n=3)。结论 优化的地黄九蒸九制炮制工艺炮制工艺稳定可行,为九蒸九制地黄的炮制工艺规范化及生产应用提供参考和依据。
Optimization of the processing technology of rehmannia glutinosa nine steamed and nine prepared by combining uniform design methodwith AHP entropy weighted topsis mixed weighting method
Objective Calculate weight coefficients based on AHP entropy weight TOPSIS mixed weighting method,de-sign experimental plans using uniform design method,and optimize the processing technology of rehmannia glutinosa nine steamed and nine processed.Methods Three factors were investigated for the processing technology of nine steaming and nine making rehmannia glutinosa,including the time of moistening rehmannia glutinosa,the time of steaming reh-mannia glutinosa,and the number of times of steaming rehmannia glutinosa.The content of five indicator components in rehmannia glutinosa,including catalpol,rehmannia glycoside D,rehmannia glycoside A,piloside glycoside,and isopi-loside glycoside,was used as the evaluation index for the processing technology of nine steaming and nine making reh-mannia glutinosa.The mixed weighting method,which combines subjective assignment of AHP method and entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation method,is used to determine the weight coefficients of five indicator components in the nine steamed and nine prepared rehmannia glutinosa.The U8*(84)uniform experimental design method is used to optimize the processing technology of the nine steamed and nine prepared rehmannia glutinosa.Results The optimized process for preparing rehmannia glutinosa with nine steaming and nine processing methods includes a time of 1 hour for moiste-ning rehmannia glutinosa,2 hours for steaming rehmannia glutinosa,and 9 times for steaming rehmannia glutinosa.The average comprehensive score of the validation test for the processing technology of three batches of rehmannia glutinosa with nine steaming and nine preparation is 95.30 points(RSD=0.17%,n=3).Conclusion The optimized process-ing technology of nine steamed and nine processed rehmannia glutinosa is stable and feasible,providing reference and basis for the standardization and production application of the processing technology of nine steamed and nine processed rehmannia glutinosa.
