Application value of CT cerebral perfusion in early neurological function assessment of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To investigate the application value of CT cerebral perfusion in early neurological function evalua-tion of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods In the department of neurology of Anyang District Hospital in February 1,2020 to February 1,2023,totally 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction(acute cerebral infarction,ACI to infarct)were used as the object,the brain CT plain scan and CT cerebral perfusion detection were performed on all the patients,Patients were divided into two groups according to whether neurological function deteriorated or not.General data and CT brain perfusion indexes(CBF,CBV,MTT)were compared between the two groups of patients,and the prediction value of CT brain perfusion on early neurological deterioration(END)in ACI patients was analyzed.Results Among 100 patients with ACI,16 cases(16.00％)had END.There were no significant differences in gen-der,age,BMI and other general information between the two groups(P＞0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that MTT was an independent factor affecting the occurrence of END in ACI patients.The sensitivity and speci-ficity of the combination of CBF,CBV and MTT to predict the occurrence of END in ACI patients were 89.15％and 79.23％respectively.Conclusion CT cerebral perfusion parameters have a good predictive value for the occurrence of END in patients with ACI,which provides a reference for improving the diagnosis and treatment of clinical patients.
